Power 2 Praise choir and band is a dynamic ministry from General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn that is touching lives in many parts of the United States and even in other countries. Our goal in any service or other outreach is to see God’s glory and His presence made manifest through the praises of His people.

We see in the Old Testament that David left the Ark of the Covenant at the home of Obed Edom, and Obed Edom and all his family were blessed beyond measure as a result. The Bible goes on to say that when David came back to retrieve the Ark and continue his journey, that Obed Edom’s life was so changed that he moved his entire family and all that he owned into the city just to be a doorkeeper for the Ark. In short, THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD CHANGES PEOPLE. We want to see people who are so hungry for the presence of God that they cannot wait to “enter His gates with thanksgiving, and enter His courts with praise!”

Our praise and worship team consists of dedicated men and women who strive for a spirit of excellence in their calling. We have very talented, but more importantly, very anointed singers and musicians on our team. We love to have fun and, above all, we LOVE God’s presence.
